Some years back, someone asked me what it was like living with ADD in the home. Tatiana has ADD, so has Jorge. He has it rather badly. I'm just an airhead ;) Anyhow, my description of our household was to put the listener in a room with 3 of those very bouncy rubber balls. They can lie around in the same room for ages, then something disturbs on or two.... they roll or bob over and knock another ball and within moments, all 3 balls are bouncing wildly off the walls. This will continue until one or more balls either gets clamped down by someone else, or bounces out of the room to where it doesn't knock the other balls.

All the balls were quite out of control today. Its been building up for a while with each ball moving around restlessly. So yes, its been one of 'those' days. We're all 3 very strong personalities and when there's clash, its big. Jorge is under pressure as the patriarch and provider. Tat has her own issues that come as part of the growing up package deal and then there's me. I handle crisis with ease, but the day-to-day chipping away at my reserves weighs me down easily.

Silly things like when I wanted to make some instant pudding tonight and put jelly (jello to the Americans) into the cold milk. Cold milk and jelly powder don't mix too well. Then I tried again... and found that the milk was sour. That was the last straw on the evening. I had already burnt the supper =/ The worst thing though, was that my beloved camera is needing to go in for repair!!! Its like cutting my right arm off. And we can ill afford the expense right now too. All the photos are very white with zillions of lines across them... horrible!!

Ah, but the blogs I read tonight have cheered me somewhat. There are so many wonderful people out there =)
